The Atago grill

The Atago barbecue can be used as a classic barbecue by firing it with charcoal or briquettes. The grill grid included in the scope of delivery ensures even cooking and prevents food from burning. The Atago grill can also be used with a Dutch oven or wok. To do this, simply place the cast-iron Dutch Oven (e.g. Petromax Dutch Oven ft6) on the grill.

The Atago grill plate

The Atago grill plate is made of 3 mm thick steel and measures 40 x 40 cm. The plate has a natural non-stick coating so that the food does not stick. The even heat distribution of the plate ensures perfect cooking of meat, fish, vegetables and other dishes.

The Atago grill plate is also ideal for direct grilling. The insert for the Atago grill plate is used for this. The insert is a mini grill grid that can be fitted into the griddle plate. This allows you to prepare grilled dishes with characteristic grill marks.
