In this recipe, we show you how to prepare mushrooms on the grill and fire bowl so well that you’ll never need a mushroom stand again.

500 g mushrooms

2 onions (large)

Paprika powder, salt & pepper

150 g creamy processed cheese

50 g herb processed cheese

100 ml milk

2 garlic cloves
For the sauce:
Préparation
Clean the mushrooms, chop the onions, fry everything and season to taste.
For the sauce:
Mix the processed cheese and milk in a bowl.
Press the garlic cloves and stir them in.
Let the cheese-garlic cream sit briefly, then add it as a sauce to the mushroom pan.
