With a diameter of 45 cm, the 3 mm-thick steel plate provides plenty of space for meat, fish, vegetables and much more. The material thickness ensures even heat distribution, so food cooks reliably. The inward-curved plancha keeps oil, pancake batter and cooking juices on the grilling surface. This keeps the surrounding area cleaner while also giving the plate additional stability. The specially developed stainless-steel frame fits precisely into the multipoints of the Fire Bowl and, thanks to its height, allows you to conveniently add firewood while grilling. With its simple plug-in system and three identical legs, the plancha is quick to assemble and just as easy to store away. With each seasoning, the steel plate develops a natural patina that reduces food sticking and improves the plancha with every use.
