1 small reindeer sausage, sliced lengthwise

Dill mayo

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1–2 tsp finely chopped dill
Préparation
Dill mayo
Mix mayonnaise with dill
Lime zest optional
Chill
- Fresh, herbaceous, not dominant.
Burger
Heat pan strongly
Fry patties in fat on both sides
Add cheddar shortly before the end and let it melt
Doneness: medium – reindeer is lean, overcooking makes it dry

Lightly toast bun halves
Cut side dry, slightly crispy
