Thanks to the heat-retaining properties of the cast-iron form, the burgers are seared in the fire and can then be perfectly cooked with the residual heat. Thanks to the flattened wooden handles and the locking hook, you can close the burger iron securely and hold it in the embers. For cleaning, you can easily separate the two shapes from each other using the hinge and clean them individually. We recommend the Petromax scraper with grooves for cast iron for easy removal of roasting residues in the grill structure.
