Ingrédients

200–250 g blood sausage, cut into pieces

1 eggplant, 1 onion, 1 zucchini, 1 bell pepper, 2 beef tomatoes – all diced

1 garlic clove, chopped

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp paprika powder
- 1–2 tsp honey
- olive oil, salt, pepper
Préparation
1. Sauté the vegetables in a little olive oil in batches, then set aside.
- 2. Fry onion & garlic until translucent in the fire pan.
- 3. Lightly toast fennel seeds & paprika, then add the vegetables back in.
- 4. Add the blood sausage and mix it into the vegetables.
- 5. Season with honey, salt & pepper. Let it caramelise briefly.
