Description
Description
The Petromax Aramid Potholders offer reliable heat protection during cooking and barbecuing adventures outdoors or at home. With a contact heat resistance of up to 250 °C, barbecue utensils can be moved comfortably.
The potholders are available in two versions - as a classic cloth or as a slip-on model - and are comfortable to hold in both versions. The suede surface ensures a stable grip so that pots and pans can be moved.
The pot holders are also ideal as a heat-resistant base: cookware can easily be placed on them between uses. This makes them a practical companion for all uses at the barbecue, around the campfire or in the kitchen.
In the typical Petromax orange with traditional logo, the Aramid potholders combine protection, functionality and striking style - an indispensable part of any outdoor cooking equipment.

Operation & care and saftey instructions
Operation & care and saftey instructions
For your safety! Do not use the oven mitts near moving machines. Protect the oven mitts from moisture! Using damp oven mitts can increase the risk of burns. Only use dry and clean potholders. Oil and grease increase the flammability of all oven mitts. Before use, always check whether the oven mitts offer sufficient protection for the work to be carried out. The service life depends on the degree of wear and the intensity of use. Leather is a natural product. Influences such as moisture, storage temperatures and natural material changes during the period of use mean that a specific expiry date cannot be specified. The expiry date also depends on the degree of wear, use and area of application. Do not expose to sunlight, otherwise the leather will become hard and brittle! Before each use, check the potholders for brittleness, cracks, holes and material abrasion by looking at or feeling them. If your oven mitts have any of these defects, replace them. The back of the hand, wrists and forearms are not protected.

Schöne Topflappen
"Die Topflappen sehen sehr schön aus und sind sauber verarbeitet. Sie halten, was sie versprechen. . . man verbrennt sich nicht die Finger. Etwas steif sind sie ja und sind dadurch für mich ein wenig unhandlich. Aber ich fühle mich mit diesen Topflappen sicher beim Hantieren mit dem Dutchofen und bin sehr zufrieden damit."
