Aramid potholders

Oil and grease increase the flammability of all oven mitts. Before use, always check whether the oven mitts offer sufficient protection for the work to be carried out. The service life depends on the degree of wear and the intensity of use. Leather is a natural product. Influences such as moisture, storage temperatures and natural material changes during the period of use mean that a specific expiry date cannot be specified. The expiry date also depends on the degree of wear, use and area of application. Do not expose to sunlight, otherwise the leather will become hard and brittle! Before each use, check the potholders for brittleness, cracks, holes and material abrasion by looking at or feeling them. If your oven mitts have any of these defects, replace them. The back of the hand, wrists and forearms are not protected.
