The 3 mm thick steel grill plate adds authentic plancha grilling with different temperature zones to the Atago - ideal for juicy meat in the hotter center and gentle cooking of vegetables on the edges. The German-made plate develops a natural patina with every use for improved non-stick properties and more intense flavor. Thanks to the central recess, you can easily add firewood or charcoal at any time without having to remove the plate.

The precisely fitting cooking attachment transforms the central recess into a stable surface for pots and pans in direct contact with the flame. The raised inner edge ensures that the food remains securely on the plate while you prepare sauces, soups or coffee.
