Pork fillet meets hearty, crispy bacon slices in this dish. Easy to prepare in
the Petromax loaf pan k12, it
is the main course that spreads a wonderful aroma and stimulates the umami receptors. The dish for hungry adventurers who love it delicious and spicy.
Ingredients

1500 g pork fillet (4 fillets)

salt, pepper

4 tbsp mustard

600 g bacon slices (6-7 strips per fillet)

4 tbsp vegetable oil

600 g cream cheese with herbs

6 tbsp tomato paste

750 ml cream for cooking

4 tbsp fresh herbs (e.g. thyme, oregano, rosemary, chervil)
preparation
Remove tendons and fat from the pork fillets, brush all over with mustard and then season with salt and pepper.
Then wrap each pork fillet in bacon. Make sure that the slices overlap.
Heat the fat in the loaf pan k12 and sear the pork fillets for 1 minute on each side.
Mix the cream cheese, tomato purée, cream, herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the meat and bake for 30 minutes.
Pour in 500 ml of meat stock, simmer for approx. 10 minutes and reduce.
Bake everything for approx. 30 minutes at 180°C.
Serve with spaetzle to taste.
