Our baking book is currently only available in German and will not be translated into English or French.

The book was awarded the Gourmand Cookbook Award in 2019. This international prize has been awarded since 1995. Thousands of books from almost every country in the world are submitted each year in different categories, and an additional preselection through national competitions guarantees the high quality of the cookbooks. In 2019, Carsten Bothe’s book “Draussen backen – Das Petromax Outdoor-Backbuch” won the Gourmand Cookbook Award in the “E04 Barbecue” category for Germany.
