Choose the Petromax cool box with a capacity of 25 or 50 liters - in black or sand. The passive cooling system works with ice or ice packs without electricity and keeps ice chilled for up to 12 days. 

The matching insert basket makes room for delicate foods like fruit and vegetables and keeps them separate from the rest of your provisions. The cutting and divider board divides the interior and can also be used as a cutting or serving board while you're out and about. The integrated groove catches any juice or liquid that escapes - handy when prepping food outdoors. 

The 1-liter stainless steel insulated bottle complements the set for drinks on the go: Its vacuum insulation keeps drinks hot for up to 21 hours and cold for over 24 hours. So you're fully equipped for outings and longer days outdoors.

"Solide isolierte Trinkflasche. Ist jetzt meine größte Flasche, in der ich gerne Tee für den ganzen Tag mache. Hält den Tee über den Tag schön warm. Aufgrund des gewünschten Volumes ist sie etwas zu groß für meinen kleinen Büro-Rucksack, aber dafür hatte ich sie auch gar nicht gekauft. Kann mir sie auch gut vorstellen, sie im Sommer am Strand zu haben, um kalte Getränke darin zu haben."

Hält richtig gut und lange kalt!

"Hauptsächlich angeschafft für das Nachtangeln im Sommer. Bisher getestet im Garten seit 5 Tagen bei über 30 grad. Habe jetzt Kühlmittel wie Eiswürfel nachgelegt da sie über das Wochenende bei fast 40 grad noch kühl halten soll. Die Temperatur in mittlerer Höhe schwangt die Tage von 2-5 grad. Wenn man sie nachmittags oft aufmacht ist sie kurzzeitig bei 10 Grad. Bisher bin ich begeistert 👍"

Kühl trotz Autohitze

"Wir hatten die Kühlbox für eine 4-tägige Tour mit Rucksack vorbereitet. Überwiegend Getränke!Das Auto stand meist in der Sommersonne bei großer Hitze. Wir hatten einige Kühlelemente in der Box. Es hätten auch noch einige mehr reingepasst! Nach 4 Tagen waren selbst die letzten Getränke (zwar nicht mehr eiskalt) aber immer noch erfrischend kühl!!! Erstaunlich, wenn man bedenkt, wie hoch die Temperaturen in einem in der Sonne stehenden Autos werden können!!! Suuuuuper!!!"

Sehr zu empfehlen auch bei hohen Aussentenperaturen

"Ich bin absolut begeistert, hat das Essen 4 Tage sehr gut gekühlt, und das obwohl 2 Tage davon zw. 28 und 33 Grad Außentemperatur hatten (die Box stand im Zelt). Meiner Erfahrung nach empfehle ich Getränke in Dosen vorzukühlen (waren knapp 24 Std vorher im Kühlschrank) und diese am Boden der Box als Kühlelemente zu verwenden. Ich kann die Box nicht mit Passivboxen anderer Hersteller vergleichen, da ich damit keine Erfahrung habe, diese von Petromax hat mich komplett überzeugt! Es wird auf jeden Fall noch eine zweite dazu kommen."
