Ingredients

1 medium apple

3 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp melted butter

1 packet of puff pastry

preparation
Preheat the Dutch oven. Core the apple and cut into small pieces. Mix melted butter with sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out the puff pastry and spread with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Leave about 1 cm to the edge on all sides.
Roll up the dough lengthwise, press down lightly and cut the roll into 6 equal pieces.
Butter the cavities of the muffin tin and place the snails in them. Bake in the Dutch oven for 15 to 20 minutes, leave to cool briefly in the tin and serve while still warm.
