As soon as the first rays of sunshine come out, the barbecue season is open. But it doesn't always have to be meat. Cheese has increasingly become an appetizing alternative. In this recipe, we show you how to give your camembert a tangy marinade and turn it into a great grilled camembert. You'll be a barbecue hero in no time at all - even without meat.

2 Camembert (medium)

4 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Dijon mustard

3 tbsp garden herbs (fresh, chopped)

1/2 paprika (red)

preparation
1. prick the surface of the Camembert several times with a toothpick. (Do not pierce through!)
2. mix the olive oil, mustard and herbs and spread over the tops. Dice the peppers and also place on top of the camemberts.
3. tip: The camemberts absorb the flavor of the topping best if they are left to stand in the fridge overnight.
4. place the camemberts in the grill fire pan and grill for about 15 minutes. When the cheeses curl slightly, they are ready to serve.
