"If you work hard, you have to eat well", grandma used to say and grandma is right: real men need a real breakfast - and a hearty one at that. If potatoes, eggs and bacon are your staple foods, then this men's breakfast is just the thing for you. In this recipe we show you how to prepare a real men's breakfast with the Petromax Fire Skillet .
Ingredients
-
500 g of mettendends
-
1 onion (large)
-
1 clove of garlic
-
2 peppers (red and yellow)
-
1 kg potatoes
-
12 eggs (medium size)
-
400 g Gouda (grated)
preparation
Peel and grate the potatoes and then squeeze out the excess liquid in a towel.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk, cut the other ingredients into coarse pieces.
Fry the butchers' ends in the frying pan until brown, then add the onion and garlic and fry until translucent.
Add the grated potatoes and peppers to the frying pan and cook for about 20 minutes.
Stir the contents of the pan well again and add the beaten eggs. Heat until the potato is fully absorbed and the desired browning has been achieved.
Finally, sprinkle over the grated cheese and allow to melt.
Recipe note
Tip: The cheese becomes particularly crispy in the oven.
