This casserole with zucchini, minced meat, potatoes and feta cheese provides Mediterranean enjoyment from the Petromax loaf pan k12.
The hearty recipe is quick to prepare and a filling main course for the big appetite! The perfect combination of zucchini and minced meat tastes good for young and old alike and should be tried right away.
Ingredients

1.3 kg mainly waxy potatoes

4 medium-sized zucchinis

1.5 kg mixed minced meat

3 medium-sized onions

5 cloves of garlic

900 ml meat stock

400 ml cream

1 kg feta cheese

65 g flour
-
100 ml sunflower oil

1 tbsp salt
-
1 tbsp pepper
-
2 tbsp whole cumin seeds

some parsley
preparation
To start, wash the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Halve the zucchinis, remove the core and cut into cubes.
Now finely chop the onion and garlic.
Fry all the minced meat in the hot loaf pan k12 with vegetable oil. Fry the onions and garlic briefly and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
Pour in 500 ml of meat stock, simmer for approx. 10 minutes and reduce.
Pour the flour over the mince, add the cooking cream and the remaining meat stock and mix well. Then add the potatoes and zucchinis and fold in.
Spread small pieces of feta cheese over the top and bake with the lid closed for approx. 60 minutes at 200°C until the zucchini and mince casserole is golden brown.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley to taste and serve.
