Good quality and style. However,

"Good quality and style. However, it would be a 5 star rating if it was not for the 2 following remarks:  - 1: the 2 sides of the handle actually have different tones (I have one side super clear and the other one darker with nice wood veins: it gives the impression that the actual harmony of the knife is overlooked). Wood veins and natural differences are cool but when the 2 sides seem to come from 2 completely different wood types, it creates a mixed feeling.   - 2: The other minor remark is that on the right side of all my knives, there is a vertical shape running through the oxyde layer. It looks like there was something holding the blade when the oxyde was created. Without these 2 minor findings, it would be a 5 star rating."
