This apple bread is fruity, fresh and guaranteed to make a big impression. We show you how to prepare the perfect apple bread quickly and easily in
the Petromax loaf pan K4.
Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 700 g apples
- 150 g sugar
- 250 g nuts (to taste)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
preparation
Cut the apples into small pieces and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add the other ingredients and mix everything into a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the loaf tin, close and bake with 3 briquettes under the tin and 7 briquettes on the lid for about 65 minutes.
Recipe note
Tip: Use a wooden stick to test whether the bread is good and extend the baking time if necessary.
Cooking temperature/charcoal distribution: 180°C (top/bottom heat) / 10 briquettes (7 top, 3 bottom)
