mint its incomparable flavor. What has long been a standard spice for minced meat in Turkish cuisine is now making its way into German cuisine
and is our insider tip par excellence. We show you how you can easily prepare minced meat with
mint in the Dutch oven.
Ingredients

1 kg minced meat (mixed)

2 cloves of garlic
-
800 g tomatoes
-
2 onions (large)

3 carrots
-
200 g peas
-
1 chili pepper
-
1 ginger bulb (small)

5 mint leaves
-
1 tsp turmeric (ground)

2 tsp salt
-
1 tsp pepper
-
1/2 tsp chili powder
-
coriander

Oil for frying
preparation
Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Chop the tomatoes, chili pepper and mint, grate the ginger and chop the carrots.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and sauté. Stir in the grated ginger and spices, add the mince after a short time and cook.
Now mix the carrot sticks, tomato pieces, peas and chopped chilli pepper and mint in the pan and cook until al dente.
Tip: Goes very well with pasta.
