Chicken thighs with colorful garden vegetables like from the best restaurant

2 tsp vegetable stock (powder)

Pepper and salt
preparation
Season the chicken thighs with pepper and salt, set aside and leave to marinate briefly.
Quarter the potatoes, chop the remaining vegetables and add everything to the casserole. Sprinkle with vegetable stock and drizzle with olive oil. Place the chicken thighs on top.
With the Dutch oven closed, cook for 90 minutes using a total of 18 briquettes (6 at the bottom and 12 at the top).
