300 g Hokkaido pumpkin (diced)

3 tbsp water

500 g wheat flour

1 package dry yeast

2 tbsp honey

3 tbsp milk

100 ml sunflower oil

1 tsp salt
preparation
Sauté the pumpkin flesh with water, then puree and leave to cool.
Mix the flour with the yeast, add the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough for at least 5 minutes. Leave to rise for 45 minutes.
Now knead the dough again on a floured surface and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf in the greased loaf tin, close the lid and bake for a good 30 minutes.
