Ingredients
- 2 onions (medium)
- 2 zucchinis
- 4 carrots
- 2 peppers (red and yellow)
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 Landjäger (alternative: cabanossi)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
preparation
Roughly chop all the ingredients, then fry the onions and the Landjäger pieces in the Dutch oven with olive oil.
Then add the zucchinis and carrots, season with a little salt and cook briefly with the lid closed.
Finally, add the peppers and tomatoes. Season to taste and add a little water. Leave the stew to cook with the lid closed until the vegetables are soft enough to mash a little with a spoon.
